1) You understand that this agreement and related agreements apply to UUwallet and the decentralized applications ("DApps") independently developed and owned by the company on UUwallet (excluding DApps developed by third parties). 2) When you download the UUwallet software and create or import a wallet, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. This agreement will take effect immediately and be binding on both parties. 3) This agreement can be updated by the company at any time. Once the revised agreement is published on UUwallet, it will automatically take effect immediately without further notice. After the company announces the revised agreement terms, if you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using UUwallet immediately, and your continued use of HiDoby will be deemed to accept the revised agreement. 4) If you are under the age of 18, or a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, please use UUwallet under the guidance of your parents or guardians.
1) UUwallet: refers to the blockchain wallet developed by the company based on the Bitcoin, Ethereum, BSC, HECO, TRON blockchain systems (and other blockchain systems that will be supported in the future), including other blockchain wallets for the convenience of users. Auxiliary tools developed for chain systems. 2) User: A. The user must be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct; B. If you use UUwallet services for minors under the age of 18, you need to use UUwallet under the guidance of your parents or guardians. UUwallet has the right to hold you and your parents or guardians responsible for all consequences caused by persons without civil capacity using UUwallet or persons with limited civil capacity to engage in transactions beyond the scope of their civil rights or capacity for conduct. 3) Persons who are excluded: A. Persons other than natural persons who have the legal and intellectual capacity to enter into this Agreement; B. Creating or importing a wallet: refers to the process of using UUwallet, confirming the fulfillment of this agreement and creating or importing a wallet. B. Wallet password: refers to the password that the software operation interface prompts you to fill in during the process of creating a UUwallet wallet. This password is used to encrypt and protect the private key. As a decentralized application, the wallet password is not stored on your mobile device or our company's server. Once lost, you need to reset a new password with the help of a plaintext private key or mnemonic phrase. C. Specific users: refers to users who must cooperate with the company in fulfilling its personal information disclosure obligations in accordance with Singapore laws, regulations and policies. D. Private key: Consisting of 256 random characters, it is the core of digital tokens owned and used by users. E. Public key: It is generated by one-way derivation of the private key with the help of cryptographic principles, and is used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public receiving address. F. Mnemonic: It complies with the blockchain BIP39 industry standard and consists of 12 (or 15/18/21/24) ordered words generated by a random algorithm. It is an easy-to-record representation of the private key, which is convenient for users to back up and keep. G. Keystore: It is a file form in which the private key or mnemonic is encrypted and stored with the wallet password set by the user. It is only stored in your mobile device and will not be synchronized to the company's server. H. Digital tokens: refers to the types of digital tokens currently supported by UUwallet, including but not limited to ETH, BTC, etc. I. Materials: Refers to content materials such as "Newsletter" on UUwallet. These materials are owned by the company and cannot be reproduced without authorization. J. Personal information: refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the user's personal identity alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to the name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, and address of a natural person , phone number, bank card number, email address, wallet address, mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, etc., but does not include the user's wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, which are not necessary for our company as stipulated by national laws When collecting information, our company will collect it after obtaining the consent of the individual, and guarantee that the collected personal information will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be disclosed to other third parties without the consent of the individual. K. China: Refers to the People's Republic of China, including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan. L. Third-party services: refer to third-party DApps, third-party DeFi, third-party smart contracts, third-party open source agreements, third-party web pages, third-party hardware wallets, third-party online web wallets, third-party exchanges and other third-party products and service.
1) Create or import a wallet. For digital tokens supported by UUwallet, you can use UUwallet to generate a new wallet or import compatible wallets generated by other wallet tools of the relevant blockchain system. 2) Transfer and collection. You can use the transfer and collection functions of UUwallet to manage digital tokens, that is, use the private key to electronically sign and modify the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer means that the payer uses the payee's blockchain address to perform the transfer operation, and the actual transfer and collection behaviors all occur in the relevant blockchain system (not UUwallet). 3) View the market. You can use UUwallet to check the exchange rate price of digital tokens provided. UUwallet captures the corresponding digital token exchange rate information and displays it in the "Market" section of UUwallet. 4) Manage digital assets. You can use UUwallet to add, keep and remove the digital tokens supported by UUwallet. 5) Browse DApps. Through the link on UUwallet, users can jump to the DApp and use the services provided by the DApp (including the company's own DApp and third-party DApp). 6) Transaction records. We will copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, the transaction records are subject to the records of the blockchain system. 7) Suspension of Services. You know that based on the "irrevocable" attribute of blockchain system transactions, we cannot suspend or cancel operations such as transfer transactions for you, but under certain circumstances, we can suspend or restrict a user's operation of UUwallet software. 8) Currency exchange. Users can exchange digital tokens with third-party smart contracts or third-party DEX, and UUwallet is used as an interface tool to help users interact with third parties and display the corresponding results of the digital token exchange. 9) Other services that the company deems necessary to provide.
1) Adhering to the decentralized characteristics of the blockchain, and in order to protect the security of users' digital tokens, the company provides decentralized services, which are greatly different from banking financial institutions. Users understand that the company (decentralized solution) does not provide the following services:。 A. Store the user's wallet password (that is, the password set when the user creates/imports the wallet), private key, mnemonic, and Keystore;。 B. Retrieve the user's wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and Keystore;。 C. Freeze the wallet;。 D. Report lost wallet;。 E. Restore the wallet;。 F. Transaction rollback.。 2) Since the company does not provide the above services, the user should keep the mobile device containing UUwallet, backup UUwallet, backup wallet password, mnemonic, private key and Keystore by himself. If the user loses the mobile device, deletes and does not back up the UUwallet, deletes and does not back up the wallet, the wallet is stolen or forgets the wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, the company cannot restore the wallet or retrieve the wallet password, private key, Mnemonic phrase, Keystore; if the user misuses the transaction (such as entering the wrong transfer address), the company cannot cancel the transaction.。 3) The digital token management services provided by the company and UUwallet do not include all existing digital tokens. Please do not operate any digital tokens not supported by UUwallet through UUwallet.。 4) UUwallet is only a digital token management tool for users, not an exchange or trading platform. Although this agreement will refer to "transaction" many times, its behavior generally refers to the user's use. The transfer and collection operations performed by UUwallet are essentially different from the "transactions" performed on exchanges or trading platforms.。 5) DApps integrated on UUwallet include DApps owned by the company and DApps provided by third-party platforms. For DApps provided by third-party platforms, UUwallet only provides blockchain browsers for users to enter DApps. Before accepting services or conducting transactions on third-party DApps, users should judge and evaluate whether the services or transactions provided by the third-party DApps are risky.
1) Create or import a wallet A. Create or import a wallet: You have the right to create and/or import a wallet through UUwallet on your mobile device, have the right to set the wallet password and other information of the wallet, and have the right to use your own wallet in the area through the UUwallet application. Identity verification: According to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and policies, when specific users use the relevant services provided by UUwallet, they should follow the prompts of UUwallet to complete the relevant identity verification in a timely manner, requiring you to submit information including but not limited to your name, ID number, Mobile phone number, bank card number information and other personal information. Otherwise, the specific user will not be able to use the relevant services, and you will bear the losses caused by the delay of the specific user. C. The company may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download and install the appropriate version according to your actual needs. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not legally authorized, the company cannot guarantee whether the software can be used normally, nor can it guarantee its security, so the loss caused by it will be borne by you . D. After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. The company does not guarantee the security, continued availability and provision of corresponding customer services of the old version of the software. Please check and download the latest version at any time. 2) use: A. Users should properly keep their mobile devices, wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonic phrases, Keystore and other information. The company is not responsible for keeping the above information for users. All risks, responsibilities, losses, and expenses arising from your loss of your mobile device, active or passive disclosure, forgotten wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, or being attacked or scammed by others shall be borne by you. B. Follow the information prompts. You understand and agree to follow the information prompts made by UUwallet to you, and operate in accordance with the content of the information prompts, otherwise, all risks, responsibilities, losses, expenses, etc. arising therefrom shall be borne by you. You know and understand that UUwallet is not obliged to perform due diligence obligations on the linked third-party DApp services or transactions, and you should make rational investment decisions and bear the corresponding investment risks independently. D. Actively complete identity verification. When UUwallet reasonably believes that your transaction behavior or transaction situation is abnormal, or that your identity information is suspicious, or that UUwallet believes that your identity card or other necessary documents should be checked, please actively cooperate with UUwallet to check your valid identity card or other necessary documents, and complete relevant identity verification in a timely manner. 3) Transfer A. You know that the daily transfer limit and number of transactions you can use in the UUwallet service may vary due to the country/region where you use the transfer service, regulatory requirements, transfer purposes, UUwallet risk control, identity verification, etc. different. You understand that based on the "irrevocable" attribute of blockchain operations, when you use the UUwallet transfer function, you should bear the consequences caused by your operation mistakes (including but not limited to your wrong transfer address, your own The problem of selecting a transfer node server). You know that UUwallet only provides you with a transfer tool. After you use UUwallet to complete the transfer, the company has completed all the obligations of the current service. You understand that when operating UUwallet or using DApps on UUwallet for transactions, you should follow the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and national policies. F. Announcement Notice. UUwallet will send you notifications by means of website announcements, emails, text messages, phone calls, message center information, pop-up prompts or client notifications, such as notifying you of transaction progress, or prompting you to perform relevant operations, please give us timely feedback focus on. 4) Service fees and tax obligations: A. UUwallet does not charge you any service fees or handling fees for the time being. In the future, when certain services need to be charged, the rules will be agreed or announced separately; B. You know that under certain circumstances, because your environment and network status are unstable, and your transfer operation is not completed, the miner will also be charged by the relevant blockchain system D. You are responsible for paying all the tax liabilities and other expenses incurred by you for trading in UUwallet.
1) You understand and are aware that due to the lack of sound laws, regulations and policies in the field of digital tokens, digital tokens in this field may have major risks such as failure to cash and technical instability. And the price volatility of digital tokens is much higher than other financial assets. We cautiously remind you that you should rationally choose to hold or dispose of any digital token according to your own financial situation and risk preference. The market viewing function provided by UUwallet is only a search result of grabbing the digital token exchange rate information of some exchanges, and does not represent the latest market or the best quotation. 2) When using UUwallet services, if you or your counterparty do not comply with this agreement or the operation prompts and rules in the relevant website instructions, transactions, and payment pages, UUwallet does not guarantee that the transaction will be completed smoothly, and UUwallet will not be liable for damages responsibility. If the above situation occurs, and the payment has been credited to your or your counterparty's account first. 3) UUwallet wallet or third-party wallet, you understand that blockchain operations have the "irreversible" attribute, and related transactions have "irreversible" characteristics, and you and your counterparty will bear the corresponding risks and consequences. 4) When you use UUwallet integrated third-party DApp services or conduct transactions, for your benefit, the company recommends that you carefully read this agreement and UUwallet reminders, understand transaction objects and product information, and carefully evaluate risks before taking action. All your transactions in the third-party DApp are your personal actions, and a binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, which has nothing to do with UUwallet. UUwallet is not responsible for all risks, responsibilities, losses, and expenses arising from your trading behavior. 5) During the transaction process, you should judge whether the other party is a person with full civil capacity and decide whether to conduct transactions with the other party or transfer money to the other party, etc., and you will bear all the risks related to this. 6) During the transfer process, if there are similar abnormal information prompts such as "transaction failure" and "packaging timeout", you should reconfirm through the official channel of the relevant blockchain system or other blockchain query tools to ensure Avoid repeated transfers; otherwise, all losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by you. 7) You understand that after you create or import a wallet on UUwallet, your Keystore, private key, mnemonic and other information are only stored on the current mobile device, not on UUwallet or our company's servers. You can follow the operation guide provided by UUwallet to replace the mobile device by synchronizing the wallet and other methods. However, if you have not saved or backed up your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, Keystore and other information and your mobile device is lost, your digital tokens will be lost, and the company cannot retrieve them for you. bear the corresponding losses. If you export, save or back up your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore and other information, or if the device or server that saves or backs up the above information is hacked or controlled, your digital tokens will be lost Therefore, if it is lost, the company cannot retrieve it for you, and you must bear the corresponding loss by yourself. 8) We recommend that you make a safe backup of your wallet's wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore and other information when creating or importing a wallet. We draw your attention, please do not use the following backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepads, text messages, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you copy information such as mnemonic phrase and Keystore on a paper notepad, and you can also keep electronic data in a password manager. 9) We recommend that you use UUwallet in a safe network environment to ensure that your mobile device is not jailbroken or rooted to avoid possible security risks. 10) When you are using our services, be wary of non-UUwallet official fraud. Once you discover such behavior, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.
1) You agree that the company may temporarily provide some service functions in order to ensure independent business operation rights, or suspend some service functions or open new service functions in the future. When any function is reduced or increased or changed, as long as you still use the services provided by the company, it means that you still agree to this agreement or the amended terms of this agreement. 2) You understand that the company will suspend the provision of services under the following circumstances: A. Business interruption due to technical reasons such as equipment and blockchain system maintenance, upgrades, failures, and communication interruptions; B. Force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks, viruses, Trojan horses, hackers, etc. Due to attacks, system instability or government actions, the company's system cannot provide services or the company reasonably believes that there will be greater risks in continuing to provide services; C. Other situations that the company cannot control or reasonably foresee occur. D. Use UUwallet to promote spam advertisements; 10. Spreading rumors and damaging the goodwill of the company and UUwallet; 11. Illegal acts, other violations of this agreement, and situations where the company reasonably believes that functions should be suspended. 3) When the service relationship between you and the company is changed, interrupted or terminated, you still have the right to export your wallet and other information within a reasonable time.
1) You shall abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region where you live, and shall not use UUwallet for any illegal purpose, nor use the company's services in any illegal way. 2) You shall not use UUwallet to engage in illegal or criminal acts, including but not limited to: A. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; B. Engaging in any illegal and criminal acts, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fund-raising, etc.; C. By using any Automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analysis tools, data mining tools or similar tools, access the company's services, collect or process the content provided by the company, interfere or attempt to interfere with any user or any other way to access this The behavior of the company's services; D. Other illegal behaviors and behaviors that the company has legitimate reasons to consider inappropriate. 3) You understand and agree that if you violate the relevant laws (including but not limited to customs and taxation regulations) or the provisions of this agreement, the company will suffer any losses, be claimed by any third party or any administrative department You shall indemnify the Company, including reasonable attorneys' fees. 4) You are not an excluded person who is eligible to use UUwallet services. 5) You promise to pay the company's service fees (if any) on time, otherwise the company has the right to suspend or suspend the services provided to you.

1) The company is only responsible for the obligations listed in this agreement. 2) You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the company can only provide UUwallet services in accordance with the existing technical level and conditions. The company is not responsible for the failure of UUwallet to provide services due to the following reasons: A. The UUwallet system is shut down for maintenance or upgrade; B. Your mobile device hardware and software, communication lines, and power supply lines are faulty; D. The company cannot control the quality, safety or legality of products and services provided by third-party DApps, the authenticity or accuracy of information, and the ability of the counterparty to perform its obligations under the agreement signed with you. All your transactions in the third-party DApp are your personal actions, and a binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, which has nothing to do with UUwallet. The company reminds you that you should use your own prudent judgment to determine the authenticity, legality and validity of the login DApp and related information. Your dealings with any third parties are also at your own risk. The company may provide services to you and your counterparty at the same time, and you agree to expressly exempt any actual or potential conflict of interest from the company's possible actions, and you shall not use this to claim that the company has legal obligations when providing services. defects on the website, and do not aggravate the company's responsibility or duty of care.

SGD 100, whichever is higher. 6) You understand that UUwallet is only used as a tool for users to manage digital tokens and display transaction information. The company does not provide legal, tax or investment advice and other services. You should seek advice from legal, taxation, and investment professionals on your own, and the company will not be responsible for any investment losses, data losses, etc. that you suffer during the use of our services. 7) You understand that in accordance with the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, we may change our user access standards from time to time, and limit the scope and method of providing services to a specific group.
1) This agreement consists of the "UUwallet Service Agreement", "UUwallet Privacy Policy" and various rules published by the company from time to time. 2) If part of the content of this agreement is found to be in violation or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this does not affect the validity of other content. 3) Any translated version of this agreement is provided for the convenience of users only, and is not intended to modify the terms of this agreement. If there is a conflict between the Chinese version of this agreement and the non-Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
UUwallet is an application developed and owned by our company. The intellectual property rights of any content displayed in UUwallet (including this agreement, announcements, articles, videos, audios, pictures, files, information, materials, trademarks or logos) are owned by the company or third-party obligees. Users can only use the UUwallet application and its contents for the purpose of holding and managing digital tokens. Without the prior written consent of the company or the third-party obligee, no one may use, modify, decompile, reproduce, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, distribute or publicly publish the above-mentioned applications and contents.
1) The effectiveness, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement and its revision shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Company.
